Awareness-raising campaigns and capacity building with local youth council in Vau i DejesSupported from UNDP

In cooperation with the local youth council and the municipality of Vau i Dejës, three awareness-raising campaigns were carried out in schools to educate students and teachers about the role of forests in reducing flood risk

The local youth council received training on nature-based solutions (NBS) and flood risk reduction. In cooperation with the national forestry authority, they will conducted awareness-raising campaigns in schools and distribute educational materials to improve the knowledge of students and teachers on forest conservation.
